- Customer Service Representative
- Miami, FL* **Pay Rate: $15.00/hr **Temp-to-perm (based on attendance and performance) **Must be local to Miami and able to *train/work onsite* (no remote candidates accepted) **Shifts will be determined during training **Must have open availability including weekends
- Basic Qualifications Required
- Experience, Skills, and Knowledge*
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 yr call center experience
- Position overview/responsibilities* Acting as the customer’s primary point of contact, you will:
- Receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim
- Listen, solve problems, answer questions and work with them to find a resolution
- Use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
- Other Requirements:*
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products
- An acute attention to detail/accuracy and effective note taking/documenting skills
- Must be able to handle/process high call volumes, at times while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance business needs.
