We have an opportunity for a litigation attorney to join our Miami team. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills. The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Working productively with others in a team-oriented, hybrid work environment is essential.
- 2+ years litigation experience, defense experience a plus
- Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution
- Experience and/or strong interest in medical malpractice, toxic tort, and/or product liability
- Strong research and writing skills to assist with appellate work
- Must be admitted to practice in Florida
