We are hiring Customer Service Representatives! This is NOT a call center.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- The Customer Service position requires a high volume of verbal and written communication.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, prior experience a plus.
- Excellent sense of accuracy.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Face-to-face interaction is required for all customer service positions.
