Role Description
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for Ethos Greek Bistro, located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining financial records, and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing finances, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and coach staff
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations and standards
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations, and make sound decisions quickly
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and vendors
- Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and extensive experience in restaurant management
