As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to curate engaging content, manage social media accounts, oversee influencer partnerships, and coordinate photoshoots and events. Your role is essential in shaping our brand's identity, ensuring customer engagement, and driving marketing initiatives to new heights.
- Collaboration with the team to create monthly content timelines based on inventory levels and sell-through, making every month a creative adventure.
- Co-creating eye-catching email blasts that leave our B2B accounts and B2C with art department.
- Continue crafting captivating text for all our monthly email campaigns.
- Managing our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok), taking charge of content distribution, reposts, replies, and surfing the latest trends to keep our followers engaged.
- Continue crafting irresistible captions that give our social media feed the personality and flair it deserves.
- Be the customer's hero by continuing to answer their questions about our brand or products daily, creating a sense of community. Asking for support on questions when needed.
- Assisting in planning and coordinating monthly social media photoshoots, including securing permits and communicating with locations or athletes.
- Assisting in organizing activities before and after photoshoots, ensuring the entire process is seamless and fun for everyone involved.
Influencers/Brand Ambassador Program:
- Oversee the influencer marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns with brand ambassadors across all digital channels.
- Coordinating outfits and collecting User Generated Content (UGC)
- Reporting on sales-tracking generated from discount codes and keeping Maggie in the loop to issue quarterly commission checks.
- Own the influencer chart, keeping it updated with personal information, packages sent, codes, and quarterly sales, and proudly sharing your progress during our monthly marketing meetings.
- Host quarterly influencer meetings, a chance to connect and keep the energy buzzing.
Event Marketing/Experiential Marketing Initiatives/Europe:
- Join the weekly meetings recap, ensuring everyone's on the same page and aware of the upcoming marketing event/initiatives.
- Coordinate PR marketing, communication with magazines, and Europe for marketing materials requests.
- Monitor and track gift card donations.
- Continue being the bridge between Europe and our US team, fostering international collaboration.
- Lead the coordination of special events and supporting LIL Kids and Lucky efforts, spreading our marketing magic.
The candidate must have at least 2 years of digital marketing experience. They must be familiar with all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads. Copywriting experience is a plus.
