As a Remote Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in their efforts to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve targets.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the product portfolio
- Assisting in lead generation and conversion strategies to identify potential customers
- Contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions
- Highlighting key product features to address customer problems effectively
- Providing comprehensive responses to customer inquiries, ensuring clear understanding of the product benefits
- Collaborating with colleagues across various departments to optimize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintaining organized contact lists and proactively following up with customers to nurture relationships
- Supporting the sales team in delivering persuasive presentations and closing sales with new and existing clients
