Role Description
This is a part-time on-site IT person role located in Pompano Beach, FL at BioGroup Laboratory. The IT person will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network security, and maintaining computer systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ability to respond to technical issues in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with cybersecurity and data protection is a plus
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are preferred
