Haute Living launched high end real estate brokerage HL Real Estate Group to tap in to our ultra high networth clients. Ideal candidate has experience in real estate with a book of business. Must have experience and great relationships to execute for our VIPs, along with want/enjoy selling real estate to new clients.
To accommodate this growth, we are looking for seasoned sales professionals who take a 24/7 approach to servicing clients as his position will be responsible for responding to inbound charter requests for private jet charter flights from high net-worth individuals and companies and cultivating relationships with existing and previous clients.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
- Manage existing clients and guide them through the home buying/selling process
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and services
- Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the luxury market
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Hunter mentality, that is self-motivated with the discipline to work remotely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the Miami real estate market
