Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at TD Commercial Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in our continued success by providing expert analysis and support for NNN 1031 exchange transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on commercial real estate properties involved in NNN 1031 exchange transactions. Evaluate income, expenses, and potential risks to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and market conditions in the commercial real estate industry. Research and analyze market data to assist in property valuations and investment strategies.
- Client Support: Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their investment goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance and insights to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation and management of all documentation related to NNN 1031 exchange transactions. Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth and efficient closings.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with real estate transactions and propose mitigation strategies to protect our clients' interests.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experienced professionals, including real estate agents, lawyers, and financial experts, to provide comprehensive support throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of NNN 1031 exchanges and related regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Real estate licensing or certifications (e.g., CCIM) is a plus.
