Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our real estate sales business. Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives, ensuring effective time management.
- Communication: Manage and filter emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, responding when appropriate and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Client Support: Assist in client communication, including follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize important business documents, contracts, and client records.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Expense Management: Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Project Support: Assist in various projects, such as marketing campaigns, property listings, and market research.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintain a well-organized office environment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
