ABOUT VIVE HEALTH:

We are seeking an IT Manager for our Support Team to help us manage the overall technical needs of our employees.
Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has both managerial and technical skills. They will be responsible for team management, bringing system support to employees and monitoring the functionality of our ERP system among other duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the nearshore Systems Support Engineers Team
- Providing technical support to internal users across different departments (Odoo, Dialpad, Slack, among others)
- System monitoring to make sure that everything is up and running
- Assisting and leading the team in solving day-to-day issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science degree is preferred but not mandatory
- 2+ years working on an IT-related position, ideally having managed a team before
- Great troubleshooting skills
- Fast learner / Go-getter
- Multi-tasking work capabilities
