Work Schedule
- Varied Schedule: Expect a dynamic work schedule, including day and night rotations with 12-hour shifts. One week involves 36 hours, while the following week encompasses 48 hours. Be prepared to work rotating holidays and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications (Applicants Must Meet These Requirements)
- Educational Requirement: ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a critical care unit with 4 or more beds within the last 3 years.
- Licensure: Maintain a current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license from any state.
- Clinical Certification: TNCC or ATCN Certification is desired; ERP will reimburse for completion if not current.
- Life Support Certifications: Maintain current ARC or AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
- Security Clearance: Successfully pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
