The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible resolving issues with a team. Monday through Friday on location at our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and order issues
- Critical thinking with problem solving among customer issues and needs
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Willingness to walk and restock items as-needed
