Looking for an expert in Social Media and Content strategy to join our team. As the Social Media & Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing our online presence across various social media platforms, and building and maintaining relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of producing content briefs, social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Create monthly content calendars, including compelling and creative content ideas for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts by posting multiple times every day, including but not limited to Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and any emerging platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
- Ability to edit UGC videos from influencers
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, content creation, and campaign deliverables.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer collaborations, ensuring they meet agreed-upon goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content briefs that showcase companies products and follow content trends to get the best content out of UGC and influencer creators.
- Content Creation and Copywriting:
- Work with influencers and UGC creators to create engaging and viral content for social media platforms, including captions, and social media ads.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style, and tone.
Qualifications
- Expert in all major social media platforms especially Tik Tok & Instagram
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and experience managing influencer partnerships.
- Worked with Influencer software GRIN (Big plus)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- 3-4 years experience.
