The ideal candidate will provide high-performance assistance for company founder in a hybrid role as Executive Assistant and Executive Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management
- Aid executive in preparing documents
- Responding to emails and document requests
- Handle sensitive documents
- Be able to maintain a case management log
- Analyze a dataset and formulate an actionable plan
- Order supplies and managing inventory
- Data Entry
- Identify possibilities for process improvement projects and take advantage of them to help teams and product groupings support customers (s)
- Organize Kaizen events and value stream mapping to discover process wastes and create and implement remedial measures
- Build and carry out productivity goals by conducting forecast reviews, identifying productivity requirements, and collaborating with other leaders to load balance
- Support, mentor, and inspire your paid and hourly workers
- Take initiative in leading large-scope projects
- Work with all support teams to build plans to achieve business objective
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Capacity to inspire/manage teams and lead change at all levels of the organization.
- Capacity to work and communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with people at all levels of the organization
- Passion or obsession for pursuing improvement
- Humble: courteous, attentive, nimble, willing to learn
- Transparent: shares important information, speaks candidly, contributes constructively
- Expertise in Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma for defining, directing, and implementing process improvements
