Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Follow company guidelines and scripts for consistent and effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues

Requirements
