Remote Insurance Sales Representative
We are currently seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will be to qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and persuade individuals to purchase insurance products. This position is commission only based.This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge about our insurance products to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Identify prospective customers through lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Proactively contact new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Emphasize the unique features of our products to showcase how they address customer problems and meet their requirements.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our insurance offerings.
- Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various sectors to leverage expertise and deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Maintain detailed contact lists and consistently follow up with customers to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Present and sell insurance policies to both new and existing clients, tailoring coverage to their specific needs.
- Develop and calculate suitable insurance plans based on clients' requirements and financial goals.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Expand business reach through effective networking techniques and establish relationships with referral sources.
- Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations, staying updated on industry changes and best practices.
- Track and identify areas for improvement in sales techniques and customer satisfaction.
- Meet designated sales targets by customizing marketing strategies to effectively sell insurance products to businesses and individuals.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors of the target audience, contributing to the development of targeted marketing events.
- Research previous successful campaigns to gain insights into what worked, what didn't, and areas for improvement.
- Review the progress and success of events, making necessary adjustments and pitching ideas for new events to maximize results.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related fields, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and meet their insurance needs.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively discuss pricing and terms with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and connect with clients remotely.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, remote position.
Pay: $89,190 - $152,800 per year, depending on experience and performance.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay & Commission pay.
