We are seeking a highly detail oriented and creative individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for being both an executive assistant and managing our social media presence and podcast production, helping us engage with our audience, build brand awareness, and drive growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, podcasting, and has a deep understanding of various social media platforms and podcasting strategies – particularly in the health and wellness space. You should be able to develop and execute innovative campaigns, create compelling content, and measure the success of our social media and podcast efforts.
The ideal candidate will be personally active across multiple platforms, with a demonstrated ability to create and identify engaging content. The right candidate should not only have a strong foundation in social media, but also demonstrate a proven ability to analyze performance and passion for growing brands.

- Develop and execute social media and podcast strategies aligned with our company's goals and target audience.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content for social media posts and podcasts, including text, images, videos, and audio clips.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, messages, comments, and inquiries, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Engage with our audience by initiating and participating in conversations, answering questions, and providing relevant information.
- Conduct research to identify and stay up-to-date with social media and podcasting trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Help manage the CEO's calendar and schedule while also running errands when needed.
- Manage podcast production, including scheduling guests, preparing interview questions, recording, editing, and publishing episodes.
- Analyze social media and podcast performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth, and provide regular reports to management.
- Monitor competitors' social media and podcast activities and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithms, and policies to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
-Our goal is to post a minimum of 8 pieces of content/day across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
*Please note, we are not just looking for someone who has a base level of social media knowledge/experience. You will be responsible for working directly with the CEO to strategize and help him create content (i.e. TikToks, Reels, etc) in the best possible manner to get the largest reach and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years experience as a social media manager and/or executive assistant (ideally with podcast experience), with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- MUST be passionate about health, wellness, and longevity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including their features, audience demographics, and best practices.
- Familiarity with podcasting platforms, recording/editing software, and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and experience in analyzing social media and podcast metrics to measure success and drive strategy.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, technologies, and innovations in social media and podcasting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
