Midway Ford is looking for a motivated and professional individual to assist in answering incoming phone calls, welcoming customers, and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently following established policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be fundamental to achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting customers when entering or leaving our establishment.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area.
- Manage the cash register and handle cash transactions with customers.
- Keeping reports of cash and credit transactions.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
